COVID-19 Update from Delta Pediatrics

To all our patients and parents at Delta Pediatrics, we hope all is well and want to reassure you that we are here for you.  We don’t know how long COVID-19 will last but be rest assured that we are here to answer your questions and help you through this pandemic in any way possible.  We are all in it together and will all get through this by God’s grace.  There are some information floating out there but please follow the information on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention CDC website http://www.cdc.gov. Another good resource of recommended patient education materials can be found on www.healthychildren.org.  Parents with children that have asthma please make sure they are using the maintenance medications – singulair, flonase, advair and any other maintenance medications.

 

What we are doing:

We are continuing to see patients for wellness visits in the morning.

No walk-ins accepted, we ask that sick patients call before coming into the office.

What you can do:

Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and when you cannot do this, use hand sanitizers with at least 60-70% alcohol.

Avoid touching your face

Cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing

Practice social distancing

If you have traveled to any country where the virus outbreak is severe like Europe, China, South Korea or have traveled to states within the US where the outbreak is severe please do not come to the office. You can call us at 678-765-6749 for further instructions.
